Woman Accuses Police of Assault

A New York woman was arrested last year on charges of improperly changing lanes. She claims that the police used excessive force in arresting her, and that it was a racial attack. She is of Dominican and Puerto Rican descent.

According to the police, they used only the necessary force and they treated her with respect and dignity. However, the president of Hispanics Across America is in agreement with the woman.

Man Killed in Construction Accident

In Colorado, a man was recently killed in a construction accident. He was working in a ditch when a large concrete culvert rolled on top of him.

The man was rushed to the hospital and pronounced dead on arrival. The underground pipe had caused too much serious injury for recovery. The scene is now under investigation by OSHA.

Plane Crash Kills Four

In Australia, a small twin engine aircraft crashed shortly after take off. The airplane crashed into a farm property located near the airport. According to the owner of the property, the airplane crashed about one kilometer from his house.

The airplane burst into flames and was completely destroyed in the crash. Four bodies were found at the site, one of which was a child. The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
