Truck driver distraction accidents

by Administrator 18. November 2009 06:15

Truck drivers will travel thousands of miles each week. During these long hauls, they face many opportunities for distraction.

For instance, many truck drivers will attempt to conduct business while driving across the country. This could include receiving instructions on their dispatcher or getting directions on their cell phone.

Because of these distractions, truck drivers may not pay attention to the road or other cars. When this occurs, there is a greater chance that a truck driver will be involved in an accident.

If you or anyone you know has been involved in an accident with a distracted truck driver, contact the Sheboygan truck accident lawyers of Habush, Habush, & Rottier, S.C., at 800-242-2874.
