WHBL reports that, "The Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department is continuing its investigation of how the fatal boating accident in Lake Michigan was handled on Friday after some confusion resulted in a delay in finding the overturned craft."

He had reportedly suffered from a stress-induced heart attack. The other two passengers declined medical attention.
