Two car collision injures four

A two-vehicle accident in rural Sheboygan County that occurred on Thursday, June 13, caused four people to sustain minor injuries.

According to Lieutenant Mark Rupnik of the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department, an eastbound pick-up truck heading towards Country Road RR hit a northbound car heading towards KW, Holland.

Due to the accident, a 29-year-old Port Washington man and his two-year-old son were transported to Columbia St. Mary’s Ozaukee Hospital in Mequon, while Froedtert and Children’s hospitals received a 58-year-old Hingham woman and her nine-year-old son.

Emergency personnel opened the intersection to motorists at 1:20 p.m.
