On July 6, 2013 Asiana Airlines flight 214 crashed at San Francisco International Airport. The crash killed three people and injured hundreds.
Many of the surviving crash victims filed a personal injury lawsuit against Boeing, the plane manufacturer, on Saturday, January 18.
The lawsuit, filled in the Cook County Circuit Court, alleges that Boeing is responsible for the crash because it had previous knowledge of the plane’s defects and still allowed the aircraft to be flown.
Boeing representatives have yet to comment on the lawsuit. Additional suits in connection with the crash have already been filed.
The Sheboygan attorneys of Habush Habush & Rottier S.C. ® extend our condolences to the people affected by this tragic incident.
