32-year old Justin Condon of Brodhead was killed in a tragic motor vehicle accident with an 18-wheeler semi-truck just after 9PM on Wednesday evening.  Condon was traveling eastbound on Wisconsin Highway 81 when he crossed over the center line and into oncoming westbound traffic.  Condon's mini-van then collided head-on with an 18-wheeler driven by 44-year old Jeffrey Smith of Rockford.  Authorities declared Condon dead upon impact.

Smith was taken to Beloit Memorial Hospital where he was treated for minor injuries.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Condon's family and friends during this difficult time.

Sheboygan Falls Toyota accident caused by driver error

by Administrator 22. April 2010 01:46

A Toyota Camry accident last month was likely caused by driver error. According to a Sheboygan Falle police report, police believe driver error caused the car to crash into a wall.

While the driver claimed that the car sped up on its own, police used surveillance video and other evidence to prove that the accident was the driver's fault. As a result of the accident, the driver suffered a broken sternum.

If you or anyone you know has been injured in a single-vehicle accident, contact the Sheboygan car accident attorneys of Habush, Habush, & Rottier, S.C., at 800-242-2874.
