Bicycle Deaths in Wisconsin

by Administrator 4. May 2009 05:32

The results of bicycle accidents are rarely good. In 2007, there were approximately 1,100 bicycle injuries in traffic in Wisconsin and 43,000 nationwide. This year, an estimated 700 to 800 people will be killed in bicycle accidents. Over a dozen will likely be from Wisconsin.

It is important to be on the lookout for cyclists when on the road. One of the most common causes of bicycle accidents is the driver of a car not seeing the cyclist until too late.

If you or someone you know has been injured on a bicycle, contact the Sheboygan personal injury attorneys of Habush Habush & Rottier, SC at 800-242-2874.
