The risk of ski and snowboard equipment defects

by Administrator 20. January 2010 00:42

As more snow begins to drop across Wisconsin, some individuals and families are hitting the slopes. Many of them will either rent or buy ski and snowboard equipment this winter.

While most of the equipment will not have any flaws, some will likely have defects, which could lead to serious accidents on the slopes. Defects in ski equipment like loose bindings can cause skiers to lose control and crash unexpectedly.

Similar defects can cause snowboarders to crash, and could lead to multiple injuries on the slopes. To prevent these injuries, skiers and snowboarders should test their equipment.

If you or anyone you know has been injured in a ski or snowboard accident, contact the Sheboygan ski equipment defect attorneys of Habush, Habush, & Rottier, S.C., at 800-242-2874.
